The "M" Series Copper To Copper Line Tap Valve (Part Number: CD5538) is a high-quality braze-on self-piercing copper saddle valve designed for 3/8" tubes. This valve is compatible with B13-516 refrigerant systems, providing a reliable connection that eliminates the need for high-temperature brazing. With an O.D. of 3/8", this valve includes a saddle body, line piercing pin, valve core, Teflon® O-ring, and sealing cap. The valve core is spring-loaded to keep the valve closed.
