Joe Lopez

With over 25 years in the appliance industry, Joe got his start in 1998 at a local repair shop, learning parts research the old-school way — with microfiche and hands-on service calls.

He’s worked in wholesale distribution, managed service departments, and trained with top brands like LG, Samsung, Bosch, and Thermador. From walk-in customers to complex repairs, Joe brings decades of experience and a passion for helping people find the right solution.

Steve Harrop

Steve has worked in the appliance parts and service industry since 1984. He began with appliance repair training at Polly Tech in Santa Clara and soon moved into in-home repairs. Not long after, he was recruited into the parts business — where his mechanical know-how and people-first approach truly stood out.

He spent years learning HVAC and gas appliances hands-on, working alongside seasoned specialists. Over the past two decades, Steve has helped countless customers at parts counters across Northern California, using sharp troubleshooting skills and real-world repair insight.

A proud U.S. Army veteran and former heavy equipment mechanic, Steve brings discipline, experience, and a steady hand to every customer interaction. At APC, he’s all about solutions that work — and service you can count on.

With over 15 years in the appliance parts industry, JR brings serious experience and leadership to the team. He’s managed operations at some of the biggest names in the business and knows how to keep things running smooth — whether it's managing inventory, solving tough parts puzzles, or helping customers find exactly what they need. At APC, JR is the guy you want on your side when things get complicated.

Ray Perez


Ray has been working in appliance parts for nearly a decade, including years as a trusted parts manager at Sears. He’s detail-oriented, fast, and always focused on getting customers the right part the first time. Whether it’s a common fix or something rare, Ray’s dedication and knowledge make him a key part of the APC experience.
