The EK Series Liquid Line Filter-Drier (Part Number: EK-163) is designed to enhance the performance of your appliance. Featuring a 3/8" SAE connection size, 16 cubic inches capacity, and a length of 6.88", this filter-drier offers superior filtration for various refrigerants. With capacities of 4.0 for R12/R134a, 5.0 for R22/R410A, and 3.0 for R404A/R507, it ensures optimal system tonnage. The filter-drier utilizes a specially formulated desiccant blend for maximum removal of acid and moisture. Compatible with CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants, it is rated for a maximum working pressure of 600 PSI, suitable for R410A usage. Installation is a breeze and can be done with common tools in minutes.
