Replace your residential AC and heat pump's Thermal Expansion Valve (TEV) with the Universal TEV Replacement Kit (Part Number: HXCAE-5-VXCHAT). This kit supports ACs and heat pumps with a capacity of 3-1/2 to 5 tons, using R22 refrigerant. The kit includes all necessary components for seamless installation, such as ODF connections, adaptors for Chatleff and Aero-style evaporator inlets, and a 30" long capillary tube equalizer with flare nut. The built-in check valve allows reverse flow on heat pump applications. Easily adjustable Superheat setting ensures optimal performance. Certified for quality and reliability.
