Insul-Tube Pipe Insulation (Part Number: 6RX048078) is a high-quality, closed-cell type insulation suitable for HVACR and plumbing applications. With a wall thickness of 1/2" and a Copper Tube O.D. of 7/8", this insulation retards heat gain and prevents condensation or frost formation on cold water plumbing, chilled water, and refrigeration suction lines. Each 6' length weighs 29 lbs and comes in a carton of 38. It meets ASTM E-84, 25/50 flame and smoke standards and has a working temperature range of -70°F to +220°F. This non-slit, rubber-based insulation can be easily installed and priced per 6' length. Compatible with B73-073 models.
